TCH Channel Allocation Priority

In E******* equipment, is there a radio level parameter that specifies the TCH channel allocation priority of the radio/RTF, like in ******** eqpt? We want to assign different or low chan_alloc_prioirity on radios with high losses and possible HW issues. If so, is there also a radio/RTF level parameter that can be used to fix the radio to the RTF? Your help will be highly appreciated. :p
