Hello.

Please some one can help me with the meaning of Inners ans outers ?
What is the funtions of the Inners and Outers?
Please if someone have information about this parameters please share it

"inner" and "outer" mean zones of concentric cell.
Outer (Underlaid in e*******) is zone where BCCH and SDCCH are located - typically uses 900MHz in case of concentric multiband cell.
Inner (Overlad in eric) is zone where there is only TCH's - typically uses 1800MHz in case of concentric multiband cell or LOW POWER in case of monoband concentric cell.

Inners and outers concerns the concentric cell, Inner is the 1800 MHz and the outer is the 900 Mhz.
