I am ahving problem with our 2G network and having this alarrm below. Any EXPERT can help?

Exchange baseband, and trx positions, and see if the problem changes position obviously trying to change to diferent positiions, exampl: if u have mean holding in trx 4, exchange trx 4 with trx 12 , and bb2 with bb2

If you exchange the TRX and BB2, do I have to re-commision the site or just purely hardware exchange.

Just purely hardware exchange! You don't need to re-commissioning, just remeber to block the trx before the exchange

You require to reset the TRX/lock the TS firstly..if still the problem reoccurs require to change the sign & still if it reoccurs replace the TRX as recommended by NSN R&D

U r having this problem with Ultra BTS. If yes, check antenna connection, feeder jumper point for loose connector. check the cabinet top connection of Ultra BTS.

Hi,
This alarm appears with ALARM TCH CHANNEL FAILURE ABOVE THRESHOLD
if also this alarm available
check RX Level Statistics ,if there are a lot of samples in bad signal level ,
the main cause hardware or connection problems
