Actix problem

Hi All,

After installing the Actix August 2011, i cant open actix properly, it always giving the window as attached image.

Usually i can open start engineering process properly, but now there is no other option rather than exit application.

What kind of problem is it ?

Simply Try to remove it and install again.

Previously,
i choosed chrome as default browser. Then after i chose IE as default, i gives normal behaviour, then i chosed chrome as default browser then everithing is ok.
