Mapinfo google earth tool

when i try to open the google earth tools it gives me that winAPI32.dll is not found error

when i tried to check this error on the internet somth showed about Trojan downloaded used my antivirus and spysweeper to check but nothing showed up i tried to search for the DLL file the only thing i found was win32API.dll which is not the same (cause i have tried to check ) so any1 knows whats the reason or can help
