EMR Feature Huawei ????

Recently I tried to activate the enhanced measurement reports (EMR feature) in Huawei in order to get downlink VQI measurements (similar to SQI) to benchmark the impact on voice quality before and after AMR activation
but when i activated EMR all the measurement reports in abis interface didn't contain any neighbors and caused a large number of handover failures....

if anybody has an idea please to share

now it is not recommended to activate EMR in huawei

DBS3900 supports EMR and works properly
BTS3012 supports EMR, but there is some software dependency
BTS312 does not support EMR
