TEMS Neighbor Names beside the BCCH and BSIC

I made XML file based on the export, all the cell names are present in the export file, but the Cell names are not appearing in TEMS in the "GSM Serving+ Neighbors".<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Could anyone help me to make these neighbors appear beside the its BCCH and BSIC.<o:p></o:p>
