1.We are using Huawei bsc6000 and we have several mute calls that appear in some calls

2. also there are lots of reverberation(echo) while talking.

please what are the probable caouse of these scenario?

Dear Bro,

Kindly check the aters that are added in the transmission path and do the KIK test so that in which aters we are suspecting that blank calls can be blocked and verified and can resolve the issue....

Yes bro both will happen due to same issue
