Hi, anybody have implemented this feature in their network ? Is there any performance gains or degradation from your experiences ?

Hi,
We are just planning to test this feature in our network. At the moment it is not clear how many UE support this option. For me it is also could be interesting to hear some feedback about this feature implementation.

This feature is a Release 6 feature, which means it should be supported by R6 UEs, however some vendors have implemented this as a Release 7 feature., which removes some limitation on number of UEs supported simultaneously.

We havent enabled it yet either but should do soon enough. My knowledge of it is that it is mostly a stepping stone to other features. It will allow the SRB in the DL to be transmitted over HS and I suppose this is in preparation for CS over HS and Continuous DCH Connectivity.
