How would you compare the data cellular network optimization as compared to voice network optimization from RF perspective?
For example,
If a user is experiencing low throughput,what additional factors do we need to consider?
For Voice Accessibility and retainability,we usually play with antenna tilts,parameter changes relevant to technology etc.
Let's take an example of UMTS PS Accessibility and retainability and then LTE Data Accessibility and retainability.
