Dear Consultants,
According to my readings, cell bearthing and shrinking occurs in WCDMA/CDMA networks to balance the actual network load
So,
Do you think that cell breathing and shrinking may affect the network signal strength during drive test from the coverage point of view or it's just a balance from the traffic point of view?
