Best solution to cover the main roads, bridges

Dear experts;

Does anyone have an idea about best solution to cover main roads,bridges;our customer requirments is to have zero call drops,zero quality issues on the main roads ,as weekly drive test are performed on these roads and simetimes call drops occur randomly due to different reasons.
Main roads are covered with macro layers.

Usually the best choice is to use repeaters.

I think repeaters will be prefered in highways but I'm asking regarding main roads in cities,long distance bridges.

For long distances you can use a traditional station using an 180 deg. radiation pattern

it's little bit tricky and i'm not recommend :cool: to switch off power control while Drive test conduct.....

For the roads in the city center i advice you to make power splitted cells in order to avoid dropped calls due to handover in high speeds. But the sites should only be planned for road coverage.

how about using both the combination of microcells and repeaters
