Hi!
Can you help me with 3G PS counters? I don't know NSN KPI definition for study those cells with problems with low CSSR PS or high DCR PS.
In huawei, i can see if a cell with low RAB connection SR is due to Radio Fail, CE congestion, Power Congestion, Iub Congestion... And I also can see Iub occupation hourly (very helpful!). But i don't know KPI equivalency in NSN...
Can you share with me any documents describing KPI definition for this cases?
