deactivate pdp context (reactivation required)

anyone knows why these could be happen
deactivate pdp context

1.regular deactivation
2.reactivation required

is that on the IMSI level or in the SGSN level?

it came from SGSN level...:confused:

cause value=39 reactivation requested and this code value means the network request reactivation of PDP context after the GGSN restart..

why GGSN can restart??..thanks for helping..
