- Have at least 5 years experience on access transmission and backhaul transport network planning and optimization for PDH/SDH, ATM, MAN-Ethernet
- Smooth at professional transmission planning tools, prefered (Connect or Netact Link Planner), or others (Pathloss, TLP, Ellipse, IQ.Link, …) and mapping tools (Mapinfo, ArcGIS, GE)
- MAN-Ethernet access planning for NodeB, FTTx and optical experiences
- Plan transmission network topology and protection schemas, LOS planning
- Node dimensioning, transmission capacity optimization
- Microwave frequency planning and interference analysis
- Link budget calculation and power optimization
- Transmission alarm analysis and recommendations, know how to analyse and troubleshoot for MW problems
Know ITU error objectives and transmission KPIs definitions and calculation method for TDM & IP transmission systems
- Offer the solutions to improve transmission performance
- Have experience on following equipments: E******* Minilink, NEC Pasolink V4/NEO, Sagem, Nera, and FO parameters include the NMS operations
- Good reporting and presentation skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, plus for VBA)
- Fluent at English communications
