Easy one, check the CPI for it and look in a document called hardware compatability rules, you will find all you need in that document as you also have to take into account the R state of the boards as well, some are only compatible with specific versions of software.

ETMFX was introduced in P6 where Dual stack was first born as that is where we see the introduction of IP in WRAN, not P7 or P7 FP.
ETMFX-12 & ETMFX-13 in RNC, ETMFX11 in Node B and remember check those HW rules.
