Huawei documentation needed [Archive]

Hi guys,

I am looking in vain for documentation regarding :

Channel elements managements

HSDPA scheduling management

Max throughput / cell or per NodeB

Local Cell group

etc...

Anybody can help me ?

Local Cell group - I think there's no such thing as local cell group in Huawei (we have that term in NSN). You might be reffering to Baseband resource group. Here's some description of it:
Because a single uplink resource group can only process services borne on six cells, you must group the uplink resources when the system supports more than six cells. 1. A single uplink resource group only processes services borne on six cells. 2. Softer handover may occur to cells within the same uplink resource group. It is recommended to put intra-frequency cells into the same group. 3. With the above requirements satisfied, make as fewer resource groups as possible. For example, it is advisable to have two resources instead of four resource groups in 3*2 configuration. There are two carriers, six cells in each group.
