Very good knowledge about NSN equipment (hardware bts, antenna system, parameters , S13,S14, RG10, RG20 version)

Very good knowledge about common BCCH feature. (hardware & parameters required)

Good knowledge about drive test analyze (2G)

Very good knowledge how to design frequency (RF hopping , Ad-Hoc, cell-Hopping etc)

Very good knowledge about 2G,GPRS & EDGE KPIs/optimization. (Drop call rate , CSSR, HO success rate, TBF success rate, TBF drop rate etc)

Knowledge about NSN RG10 / RG20 (or older releases) features

Good knowledge about GPRS/EDGE parameterization (BTS/BSC)

Good knowledge about how to calculate TCH traffic. (Full rate & half rate)

Very good knowledge about Netact OSS system (statistic)
