Hi Experts,
Is it possible that the NAS QoS parameters present in Activate PDP Context Accept message change during the same session? And...could it be that the NAS QoS parameters that the network is allocating in the Activate PDP Context Accept message are variable? I have seen variations for the same subscriber. Does this depend on the current network load, etc? since they will be kept for the whole connection...
