*Responsibilities*
* Radio Network Planning & Optimization Consultant shall be reporting to National RF Manager for the KPI performance of the areas assigned to the Consultant.
* Radio Network Planning & Optimization Consultant’s responsibilities include:
(a)Design & Develop the required parameters & datafill information
(b)Perform data analysis, network troubleshoot, identify network issue, management customer complaints and provide solutions on RF optimization. Data analysis includes performance statistic, drive test data and signaling trace
(c)Perform optimization including but not limited to write-up and run scripts/system parameter modification
(d)Conduct RF Planning and Optimization, undertaking frequency planning/refarming, coverage simulation, interference analysis using prediction tools provided and nominal planning for WCDMA/ HSPA /LTE /GSM /GPRS/EDGE
(e)Perform network capacity management including TRX expansion, 2nd carrier/ 3rd Carrier activation, HSDPA /HSUPA activation etc.
(f)Manage the RF activities including deployment of the drive test teams, analysis of DT results and recommendations for parameter tuning as necessary
(g)Manage the swap night activities and responsible for organizing and monitoring of the drive testing team
(h)Prepare benchmark, pre-swap, post-swap, site verification and acceptance drive testing/OSS statistic reports in accordance with the documentation guidelines
(i)Be responsible to achieve acceptance KPI, monitor and push for acceptance progress
(j)Responsible for development, delivery and presentation of quality documentation as required by the customer to demonstrate the performance requirements under the conditions of the contract
(k)Attend internal and external meeting
