how to know reason of Drop Call

I am using TEMS investigator data collection 8.1
One of the log file is showing me dropped call.Can i know the reason for dropped call. It is saying me "No service"
Can i further analyze the proble

Kindly also tell me what are causes of high Bit Error rate in GSM network

Use layer 3 messages in tems to investigate the reason ...........

presentation->signalling->layer 3 Messages

then start you log file. Check the details where your call drops.

You can see disconnect reason, but in most cases you will have to do more detailed analysis. This is why it's called TEMS Investigation :)

there is a document called logfile analysis in tems it might be helpful also search it!
