can anyone tell how to autodetect missing neighbour, wrong bsic definition in E******* BSS, as Nortel have integrated in it's BSC OMCR.

NCS (Neighboring Cell Support) should do what your are looking for.
Not sure about the bwrong bsic definition but definitely for the missing neighbour.
You should find some doc on the forum about NCS ...

Please tell me how to auto check missing neighbor both 2g and 3g in OMCR workstation.

For Nortel, In OMC-R, just right click on your BSC and you will find parameters like list of incoherent, list of non-reciprocal etc. Those parameters will give you the missing neighbors, wrong BSIC definition etc.

Missing Neighbors = NCS/NOX.
Wrong BSIC = Try using Consistency check.
