IMEI: you have this information in CDR or deep in signalling traces.
For particular IMEI, get IMSI and proceed:

For RAN: it is called MTR (Mobile Trace Record) in BSS and UeTR in UTRAN.
Procedure is different:
- in GSM, you define IMSI in VLR.
- in UTRAN, you define IMSI in the RNC via OSS
both generate files evry 15 minutes. Both can be parsed in OSS, but as format is
properly documented in Alex, it is easy to do own parsers and extract any data you wish.

You have enough "keywords" to look into Alex

thanks I don't have IMSI or MSISDN, only IMEI, then how to trace.
jus like we trace MSISDN through CTRAI in test system.

you can get the IMSI number with MSISDN/phone number. check them thru HLR.
I forgot the command.

I want to trace only IMEI no.
As in case of stolen handsets when same handset is used in some other number.

command MGTRP:MSISDN=msisdn; get IMSI from MSISDN.

You also can get IMEI of mobile equipment from IMSI number of subscriber. Command MGSSP:IMSI=imsi;
