I'm newbie here and I just want to say that you have wonderful forum here, it's very helpful.
This is my first post and I want to share with a doc about:
"The document attempts to recommend the Key Performance indicators
(KPIs) which may be tested to benchmark data services e.g. EDGE/GPRS of
GSM Cellular Operators."

I'm writing engineer work now and I'm looking for documents about gprs kpi Metrics correlation and troubleshooting. Well if you have sth plz share and klik "Thanks"and add rep, beacuse I can't download.

here is another doc about:
"Abstract—This paper discusses performance management and optimization schemes for mature GPRS
networks. A selection of GPRS KPIs based on network performance counters, drive tests, and active measurement
systems, as well as possible threshold values and their analysis and interpretation, is presented. Ongoing
and problem-triggered optimization and fine-tuning, including considerations regarding network design and
configuration, are also presented."
