CHR Dropped Error Message

Dear Experts,

What actually happen when most of the dropped call are with the following errors message ?

1. CHR_FAIL_IN_THE_RADIO_ITF_PROC --> TIMER EXPIRED -->RR_ERR_RNCAP_RB_WAIT_UE_RB_CFG_TIMEOUT

2. CHR_RADIO_CONN_WITH_UE_LOST --> SRB RESET --> RR_ERR_RNCAP_RLC_FAILURE_SRB_RST

Check the configuration for this BTS , check if there is any hardware errors or faults . som time U need to reset the BTS !!!
