7653 CELL FAULTY
Meaning
A critical fault (or faults) has occurred in a unit/module (or
units/modules) that belong to the sector indicated in the alarm.

Check the reason for the fault from the supplementary text field of
the alarm.

The effect of the fault on the functioning of the network element
depends on the fault description. For more information, see base
station fault descriptions in WCDMA RAN and I-HSPA System Libraries.

Supplementary information fields
1 rack (cabinet) number

2 shelf number

3 slot

4 type of unit

5 unit number

6 subunit number

For more information, see instructions on Alarm Structure.

Instructions
Verify the configuration of a BTS by checking the commissioning, cabling
and correct installation of the units/modules at the BTS. Make sure the
environment does not cause the fault.

Before a unit/module is replaced at the BTS, the site should be reset to
recover from any temporary faults which might have caused the
malfunctioning of the unit/module. When an active alarm is a 'Start'
alarm, a site reset is required to cancel the alarm. If the site reset or
module block/unblock does not help, replace the faulty unit/module (see
the source of the alarm and instructions fields of the corresponding
alarms).

Below is the list of BTS fault(s) which might have caused this alarm in
BTS WN6.0_EP1 release. In case of earlier SW release and in case you need
more detailed fault descriptions refer WCDMA RAN and I-HSPA System
Libraries. The BTS fault descriptions are also included in BTS SW release
documentation. If that does not help, contact your local Nokia Siemens
Networks representative.

FAULT NAME : Radio resources switched off
MEANING : The radio resources are switched off to prevent possible Radio
Module HW failure because of antenna line impedance mismatch.
With another than FXCA, FXDA, FXEA, FXSA Radio Modules,
switching off means that the I/Q data fed to the Radio Module
has zero power because of deactivation of the cell handled by
the Radio Module. With FXCA, FXDA, FXEA, FXSA Radio Modules,
switching off means that the Power Amplifier within the Radio
Module is switched off autonomously by the Radio Module.
INSTRUCTIONS : 1. Check the antenna lines: antennas, antenna cables,
connector torques and antenna line devices.
2. Check the antenna line (TX-cable-antenna) impedance
matching.

Thank you Optimi... this information really helps me analyzed what is the problem is. Prior to the alarm a second carrier was implemented, the two sectors went fine with the upgrade and the the other want wasnt.
