ParaCell is searching for Snr. RF Planning and Optimization Engineers.
*Responsibilities*
* analyze technical needs and the characteristics of the existing and/or proposed systems and/or to give technical solutions that assist the customers needs;
* establish effective project management,
* governance and reporting structures;
* support presales activities,
* including pre-studies;
* analyze the customers’ existing systems, needs, and requirements; * give technical support to Sales, Marketing, Project managers and the customer;
* participate in customer projects, handling scope, risks, changes and customer expectations.
* Requirements
* Minimum of Bsc in Electronic & Electrical Engineering
* At least 10 Years of RF Planning and Optimization Experience
* Must be Familiar with E******* Platform
*Technical competence must include:*
* ACP and AFP Expertise
* Radio Propagation
* Radio Network Traffic/Capacity
* Radio Network Coverage
* Radio Network Planning
* Antenna Systems
* Site Engineering
