Hi experts,in my network many sites quality degrading from last many days i didnt find any thing wrong only common thing is High RSL. could it be possible reason for QU degrading ???

No need to add me reputation, but if you want to solve your problem quickly, it is better, if you add here more detail: vendor, KPI's degradation and so on....

Check the parameters for these sites and check if any changes happened on RNC . It looks like someone modifed global parametrs on RNC !!!
