Try searching job websites in your country, because some company posts detail if there are any available position for their certain department, hope it helps..
try this site JobStreet.com - Leading Job Site, Jobs for Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Japan, Hong Kong (http://www.jobstreet.com) or Top jobs, employment & recruitment network across Asia | JobsDB (http://www.jobsdb.com) eventhough im in philippines. ^_^

From my experience you have to go to submit your CV everywhere, starting form the operators, vendors and subcontractors without losing hope.
Mainly the Subcontractors who provide Drive Test & Optimization services will be a good step.
Try all vendors specially HUAWEI; the biggest market share.
Hope you best wishes & Regards
