LTE emulator - configuration for ENB testing

I need to connect the ENB to a UE and to test whole BTS from UE to CoreNetwork.

I would like to use UE emulator with real ENB, but I don't know tools which do it.Could anybody answer on my question?

As you said, why do you need UE emulator if you have a chance to use real eNodeB.

Without having real UE, how do you commission your eNodeB?

From my experience, every eNodeB engineer has a chance to use UE.

Anyway, please kindly share info if you found any interesting things.
