Call reestablishment parameter in Huawei MSC

Can Anyone tell me :

1. Is there any parameter that need to be on or activated in Huawei MSC for for getting call reestablishment trigger in the BSC?
2. Is there any priority settings for call reestablishment?
3. Any timer for call reestablishment
