with access 2010 file is responding..! but i think i needs data base also..! on the backend isnt it..?

Ms Access 2007 should work.
You don't need a DB just a topology.xml file, it converts it into a DB.

Sorry guys,
I have no knowledge about the inter working of Access2007
on my computer it works and so on all my colleagues.
What happens when you run it? does an window open?
In some computers you have to allow it to run in security settings. Open an access DB, trust center in access options and set it there.
Otherwise I don't know what the problem is.

When I open the accde file, first I get the security warning message when pressed OK, I get another message saying the database is in an unrecognized format.
