PSC for F1 and F2

If for same sector, PSC used for F1 is different from the one used for F2. Is there any issue can happen?

nope nothing would happen, as long as inter-frequency neighbor relationships are done properly

the only actual issue is the difficulty to optimise/troubleshoot such a netowrk
