I would like to know the costs(quarterly, yearly or unlimited) of a full dongle for Tems Investigation with Route analysis. also how much on the average do the phones cost (with and without Tems pocket)

Also, are the upgrades to newer version free or do i have to still buy new dongles with every new release or version?

It depends on which version of tems Investigation you want, then again regarding phones, which TEMS phones ? K800i, C702. W995 ?

You won't be able to buy any release up to TI12. They are obsolete and end of life. A normal kit for TEMS Investigation: TI licenses + dongle + one phone + TEMS Discovery standard is about 20k euro. TEMS Pocket phones are available on Ascom's website and cost up to 5k euro.
