unfortuantely i don't have a doc but in general:

CELL_DCH <-> CELL_FACH: RADIO BEARER RECONFIGURATION (by RNC)

CELL_FACH --> CELL_PCH: RADIO BEARER RECONFIGURATION (by RNC)

CELL_PCH --> URA_PCH:CELL UPDATE (by UE with cause: mobility), CELL UPDATE CONFIRM (i.e. URA_PCH)

CELL_PCH/URA_PCH --> CELL_FACH: CELL UPDATE (by UE with cause: paging response/data transmission/signalling/etc), RADIO BEARER RECONFIGURATION (i.e. CELL_FACH)

other transitions are not supported. e.g. CELL_DCH --> CELL_PCH

I need to verify if there is a radio bearer reconfiguration complete message while transition from to Cell PCH and how it differs from URA PCH

there is always a "complete" message when the UE responds

regarding URA_PCH my previous e-mail covers these signalling transitions

Thats where I am confused. As per 3GPP any uplink transmission will transit the UE state from Cell PCH. I couldn't find the relevant signaling in 3GPP
