View Full Version : Original One Way Call/Mute Call on MBSC 6900 Huawei

Dear to all member that having many experiences in 2G Huawei system, i got some problem to many one way call/mute call happend in our network, is there any expert engineer have solution to this problem?

HI Adewijawa

Mute call probably due to :

1. Parameter timer at Radio Link (RLT) too long (not proper) ideally 20SACCH
2. Inteference, Low Coverage/no dominant cell serving
3. If Mute call happen in large area, it probably because of the transmission so XCDR problem
4. Transmission BER at BTS or Upper layer (Ater/Iu)
5. BTS problem on TRx.

I give you the attached file that show how to detect mute call in BSC6000 from Huawei.

need any software to decode the file and what can be seen.
