Problem in PS Handover one way only

Hi All mates

I have a problem in E******* P7 system regarding Handover between nodes or softHO. I have a node that have values for rlAddattemptsbestcellpackethigh and low in only one direction..

What can be the reason for this?
Which parameter should I check?

1. What direction? UL or DL
2. What counter related to this? RRC due to what? or RAB due to what?
3. Is there alarm on your Node B?

The rladdattemptsbestcellPackethigh is per relation bases Cell a - Cell b.

I don't have values for this counter in the relation Cell a -> Cell b, but I have values from Cell b -> cell a.

Is this make sense to you?
