hi,

what means "re-farming radio network plan" exactly..
I heard this term many times but never asked the meaning .. :rolleyes:

re-farming mean settle up of frequency so many country having some operators. Its need own frequency based on ITU-T Regulation but Regulator in some countries not follow the rules so can make frequency to be re-farming to fulfil requirement of operator needs. Hope it is clear answer

there are two limitations on wireless system
1. Frequency
2. Numbering

so remember with two above, next answer : what is refarming? yes correct that said above frequency must be allocated tightening on each operators based on its needed (basicly depend on capacity and absolutely their money to rent this :D) then to follow regulation some operator to do re-farming because like SDR (software define radio) need frequency continuously so separated frequency will be not used, after this we need that called "re-FARMING" of frequency
