I have a question for 3g special events planning.
What considerations we have to see in parameters or initial prelaunch optimizatrion for concerts ,or other events like champions league final?
I am looking for RACH parameters(preambles-offset initial power) ,other the user nearly with attempts to access to the 3g network,preambles etc
Can anybody help me ,please?
