UTRAN help needed

Hi folks,
Ulocked a newly intergrated site for Drive testing purpose,Drive tester wasnt able to make any calls or Data sessions,what could be the problem.(No alarms,all the sectors were unlocked,Good RSSI,Good VSWR)

Have them check the MSC and SGSN definitions in the CORE network. Usually in the SAC LAC RAC table if you site is actually defined.
