Hi all!
At the moment, we are facing the PSR problem in 3G system. Some LAC have low value (less than 95%). is there anybody, who have experience about analyse and resolve, please share document and experience to resolve it.
The fomular
+ PSR= 100*(NPAG1RESUCC+NPAG2RESUCC)/(NPAGG1GLTOL+NPG1LOTOL)
+ The NPAG1RESUCC in 3G LAC have lower value than 2G LAC despite of the same attempt.
