NSN 7653 WCDMA alarm

anyone had experience this alarm? Tried recommisioned the NdoeB and yet still getting "radio resource switched off alarm"

If the WSM/WMC also generates an alarm from a WTR unit, check the WTR and WSM cable.
If there are no active WSM/WMC alarms, the reason for the alarm is a faulty WSM/WMC or WSP.
Run a WCDMA BTS loop test to locate the faulty unit.
If the WSP is faulty, block/unblock it.
Replace the faulty unit.

Check the cabling between the System Module and RF Module.
Check the active RF Module alarms and act accordingly.
Replace the faulty module (System Module).

Thanks bro.. we changed the TMA and that resolved the issue. Even when byapssing the TMA, it will resolved the problem.
