Hi All,
I have an urgent question: Incoming IRAT Intercell handover requests to all 2G cells are normal except the problematic site (which has 0 requests of such nature on all 3 cells); what can be the cause of this at both 3G or 2G ends ?
Would appreciate an early response ppl !
