I have got TEMS Investigation 6.1.3 with the license supporting Nokia 6230. What kind of firmware for 6230 should I have to work with TEMS Investigation?

6230 the price is too high, and does not support WCDMA. I have an ordinary 6680. I would like to know how to open the diagnostic data port in nokia. Who can give a NTM firmware all the better.thanks.
