3G Registration Failure

We have just integrated a NSN RNC to an E******* MSS but we are unable to perform the registration.

Can anyone help for to troubleshoot?

What can be wrong on RANAP?
Any switch to help?

fail on what phase? RRC or RAB

RRC related to Radio cases (setting on PCPICH and Power Max, what alarm related, check on dBase setting)
RAB related to Core cases (CI is correct created? unlock on core CI, check on all dbAse)

Yeah, agree with Irna. Most of these cases are that either the RNC-M or the WCEL SAC-M has not been created or unlocked in the MSS. Get your Core Switching guys to recheck that they remembered to do this. May also need to check your LAC's have been setup correctly to match on RNC & MSS.

Thanks for your support.
Note that problem have been solved by upgrading the node B software.
Now LU is possible and SMS are working but calls are not going throught:

We are getting the following error message from the MSS:

Cause (127) Interworking, unspecified.

Can anyone support for this case.
