WCDMA PS Troubleshooting Cases

Here are some WCDMA PS Troubleshooting Cases from Huawei. I post in "Live Optimization" for reference, because these cases may appear in other vendor's network.

Contents:

1. Attachment can not be delivered in E-mail when user use internet with data card
2. Data service with accessibility problems
3. Difficulties in PS connection establishment
4. FACH congestion leads to UE data transfer failure
5. Low and unstable R99 and HSUPA uplink
6. Low Uplink Rate (32 kbit s Only) of R99 Because the Background Traffic TYPRAB Is Not Activated
7. Mapping relationship among traffic class_ PHB and DSCP in Iu-PS
8. PDP and PS RAB Success rate decrease suddenly
9. PS-service rate is not stable
10. R99 PS service uplink bitrate cannot reach more than 32kbps due to some TYPRAB not activated
11. RAB for Streaming Service isn't configured successfully after configure a RAB for interactive service
12. The load is not evenly loaded
