BVC Creation Failed

Dear Expert,

I have a problem regarding GPRS activation in BSC Nokia.When I tried to activate GPRS (GENA=y), it's lways error. The MML said :



/*** DX ERROR: 14382 ***/
/*** BVC CREATION HAS FAILED ***/

I can't find the solution of this problem in NED. :confused::confused:

Maybe some of you have experience about BVC Creation Failed. I will really appreciate for any sharing.
