Here are some WCDMA CS Call Failure Troubleshooting Cases from Huawei. I post in "Live Optimization" for reference, because these cases may appear in other vendor's network.

1. Access failure all over the whole network after RNC resetting
2 Access Failure Due to Insufficient DSP Resources
3. Call Failure on IPRAN Problem Analysis
4. Cannot initiate call due to SAC non existence in MSC core network
5. Core Network side default setting make UTRAN side can not make video call
6. CS and PS RAB Blocking Due to ULCE But Without High ULCE Utilization
7. CS call cannot establish after node B inter RNC migration
8. CS call intermittently fail after NodeB swap
9. CS call was established unsuccessfully due to configuration on MGW & MSC
10. CS Rejections on IU-CS Interface
11. CS-Domain Relocation failure [cause 0x73 (115) unspecified-failure] in Iu-FLEX network
12. Failure of HTC UE in Handover to 2G
13. Response to Location Update Fails Because Special HLR Services Are Not Subscribed
14. There is no video and no voice after video call set up
15. We can not make a voice call or video call using the RNC RAN 10 connected to the CN of Huawei
