If you use Spotlight it will generate an excel file for the report.

for other specified report u should make a report in Excel .or powerpoint ...

Yes, I understand..
but what i mean is if we need customize or create new template for specific report, for example is if i want to create scanner report only etc.. how to do that?
I've tried to load scanner file but it's not give any result, using provided template, though..
