Problem : First attempt call not connected. Calling, Calling....continues.
Nortel GSM BTS, MSC. Can anybody suggest reasons for this & parameters to check at OMC-R/MSC.

First quess: VLR.
You remove users from VLR too fast, timers in MSC and BSS (T3212) should match.
When a call is made, it is rejected by "IMSI unknown in the VLR".
After terminal registers, it is all OK.

For such problems you need to see signalling: either TEMS or NEMO or simmilar product.
Just guessing is not best method, especially when time is running and users are complaining.
